Refund Policy

1. Refund Window
Porha offers a 24-hour refund window from the time of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of the transaction.
After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, accidental purchase, or non-usage of the platform.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window:
- Email support@porha.in within 24 hours of purchase
- Include your registered email address and the transaction/order ID
- State the reason for your refund request
We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method via Cashfree Payments.
3. Payment Gateway
All payments on Porha are processed by Cashfree Payments. Refunds, once approved by us, are processed through Cashfree and are subject to their processing timelines. Porha is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, unless the cancellation is made within the 24-hour refund window.
After cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- More than 24 hours have passed since the purchase
- The account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service
- Partial use of the subscription period
