We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services:

• Email address – required for account creation and login via Google OAuth.
• Phone number – optional, collected during onboarding for future communication preferences.

We do not collect payment card details directly. All payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments, our payment gateway partner. We only store a transaction reference ID for order tracking.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your data only with:

• Google – for OAuth authentication only.
• Cashfree Payments – for processing subscription payments. Cashfree's privacy policy applies to data shared with them.
• AWS – for secure storage of media content.

We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at support@porha.in. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, HTTP-only cookies for authentication tokens, and Redis-based session management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
